Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our finance team as an Accountancy Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of accountancy while working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Participate in inventory management and valuation processes.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Assist with financial audits and compliance activities.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Person Specification
Qualifications:
Meet the academic requirements of the HLA in Accountancy.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Prior experience or coursework in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.
