H&J Martin Limited are a Fit Out and Asset Management company operating throughout the UK and Ireland. As part of the Lagan Specialist Contracting Group our mission is to provide Construction, Fit Out and Asset Management solutions in an environment where people feel safe, secure and valued.

What we do

H&J Martin Asset Management Services delivers minor works, planned and reactive maintenance and facilities management services.

We support organisations and businesses, across the private and public sectors, with maximum efficiency, safety and comfort. Our extensive client list means we can implement best practice techniques and use latest technology to manage critical environments. We have a well proven approach to facilities management utilising effective Helpdesk operations, innovative use of leading edge IT, mobile working and document management systems, which keep us at the forefront of our competitors.

We utilise directly employed staff and have the ability to self-perform a wide range of specialist disciplines. We operate in various markets, with a strong focus on building, mechanical and electrical services, as well as self-delivery of specialist activities such as fire & security systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and door & gate automation.
