As one of the longest established independent practices in NI, we carry out sustainable, responsible, effective and efficient Building Services Engineering and infrastructure design, throughout NI, ROI and GB.

Who we are
We are one of NI's leading Building Services Consultancy practices, who have been pushing the boundaries of design excellence since our inception over 50 years ago. We have a well earned reputation for being pioneers in the design of innovative Building Services Engineering, particularly within healthcare, and are the first and only Consultancy practice in NI to have IHEEM registered Authorising Engineers trained to the demanding and exacting standards required to operate within the healthcare environment.
What we do
We carry out Building Services Engineering and Infrastructure design to support complex, energy efficient and socially responsible Buildings fit for the 21st Century. Our pursuit for innovative design excellence has resulted in numerous awards both locally and nationally. We are currently leading the way by driving the design and energy process, promoting de-carbonisation towards net zero, and are passionate about the commissioning process.
Without proper commissioning we won't have properly functioning buildings.
We collaborate with many of the countries most progressive Architectural practices to deliver Buildings that surpass the standard, leading the way in low carbon Design and high energy performance.
We are also High Voltage and Low Voltage Authorising Engineers for the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
